Omega Psi Phi, Inc.'s online mall
provides a safe online process for using credit cards. Our secure socket
layer ensures that your credit card number and personal information are
encrypted as they travel over the internet. We are committed to maintaining
your privacy. We will NOT sell or trade any of the personal information you
disclosed.

Ordering Information

For information on payment methods,
delivery methods and return policies please click "Policies" located on the
bottom or footer of this site’s web page.

Shopping
|
|
Shopping at ecommerce.oppf.org is easy. As you browse our site, you
may place items in a virtual shopping cart by clicking the
"Purchase" button located to the right of the product price. Click
on the "More Info" button if you would like to see more information
on the product, such as a detailed description, larger photo, and
coordinating items. In the event that the item is out of stock, we will
backorder the item for you. This means we will keep the order on your record
and it will be sent to you when it becomes available.

Shopping Cart Functionality
|
- To adjust the quantity,
simply enter the new quantity over the old quantity and click the
"Recalculate" button.
- To delete an item from your
cart, simply enter 0 for quantity and click the "Recalculate"
button.
- The subtotal for the items
you have selected is listed below the list in your cart. Shipping
options and costs will be available when you click "Process
Order" button.
- To continue shopping, click
the "Back to Shopping" button or select the product category
that you want to see.
- To view your cart or check
out, click the "Cart" button at the top of the page or
"Buy Now" button over to the right near the top of the page.

Checking Out
|
- You will be asked to log in
or register on the website. If you were emailed a username and password
from ecommerce.oppf.org you would enter it here.
- Follow the steps for checking
out.

My Account
|
|
Click on the "My Account"
button located at the top of your page to check the status of your order,
change your password, and update your registration info.

Email a Friend
|
|
This feature allows you to email a
friend about an item. The "Email a Friend" button is located on the
details page for each item.
