Pricing and Product Availability
Due to the fast pace of the consumer products industries, all prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Omega Mall shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
If a product you have ordered is not available for shipment, we will do our best to let you know. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change. Please allow up to four weeks for delivery.
Shipping and Handling Fees
Many online products on the Omega Psi Phi mall are
automatically requested from the manufacturer when you place your order.
To fulfill a multi-item order, oftentimes multiple fees are incurred along the
way for shipping, handling, and insuring your order from multiple origins.
Shipping and handling fees charged to your order are comprised of the necessary
fees to insure the quality and delivery of your online order from origin to your
final shipping destination.
Order Acceptance Policy
The advertisement of any
product on this site does not constitute an offer to sell. Your order
or your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does
not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation
of our offer to sell. Omega Mall reserves the right at any time after
receipt of your order to accept or decline your order.
Order Limitation Policy
Given the popularity of
some products, Omega Mall may at time have to restrict the number of such
items that you may purchase. If you have order exceeds this quantity,
we will let you know if we can accommodate your request.
Order Changes
If you would like to modify an existing
order, please call us at (404) 284-5533. If we receive your phone request within
two hours of order placement, we may be able to modify the order. In many s,
however the order may be too far gone in the picking and shipping process to be
modified and/or stopped.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders entered on our web-site
before 2:00 pm Eastern time will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed any time on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Please note our suppliers do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or any major
holidays.
International Orders
At this time Omega Mall
does not accept international orders. We define it as an international
order when the order is to ship to an address outside the United States,
the credit card used to pay for the order has a billing address outside
the United States, or the credit card was not issued in the United
States, regardless of the shipping destination.
Order Cancellations
If you must cancel an order
for any reason, please call (404) 284-5533 or email us for assistance.
We will then determine whether the order has already been shipped. If
your order has not shipped yet, we can usually cancel the order for you.
